Total Quality and Continuous Improvement are essential tools for MYL in terms of attaining the objectives of self-improvement and self-perfection that will enable us to continue being competitive in the future. The processes of innovation and our commitment with the satisfaction of our customers would not be possible with an optimal and efficient fulfilment of all the Quality Requisites. On the other hand, a scrupulous management of resources and internal qualities has allowed us to advance in an organisational concept that is oriented towards competitiveness and efficiency.

Beyond formal matters, this has been possible thanks to our experience and to the implication of everybody, together with the Quality philosophy that has been integrated quite naturally into our internal methods, from management and organisation systems, to the current concern for Technological Surveillance with which we will try to meet future needs, and in which the attainment of Quality is no longer proposed as a part of the process, but as an essential element of the state of things.
Information technologies and traceability
With the support of Information Technologies, MYL has implanted a method of production optimisation that allows for 100% process traceability, from the initial order to the expedition of the packed product. Such business improvement measures provides us with higher efficiency in productive processes, lower costs in case of defects, and a better customer service while, at the same time, offering an image of solvency to the highly demanding sectors of machine tools, the automotive and the aeronautical industries.
