We are conscious of the enormous difficulties that exist in the creation of Working Teams that feel involved in company objectives. The future will demand from us more risky and less foreseeable goals, in which the solution of problems will make it necessary to set up teams of multidisciplinary experts that are completely open to "innovation". Setting up human teams that, thanks to their experience and implication, combine technical talent with a clear innovative stance to participate in the riskiest projects: this is now one of our most important challenges.
