We have two clean rooms fitted out for our specialists to assemble electro-mandrels/heads. One of these is exclusively intended for preparing bearings, which prevents any kind of pollution.
All the final values for the assembled electro-mandrels/heads are entered into the computer system.
Balancing service
The quality and competitiveness of your machinery will e seriously affected when the head/electro-mandrel is imbalanced. At MYL we guarantee you a precise balancing service at extremely low tolerances.
Test bench
Our modern Test Bench has the resources needed to control all the parameters inherent to the running process of any head/electro-mandrel.
