We maintain rigorous quality control levels even in the dispatch process. If a head/ electro-mandrel requires paint then it will be painted the right colour. The heads/ electro-mandrels are wrapped in a non- reactive material and are secured inside the packing. Our dispatch department photographs the head/ electro-mandrel to establish the state it is in before being sent out. All this information is processed by computer, to guarantee complete traceability from receipt to dispatch.
Balancing service
The quality and competitiveness of your machinery will e seriously affected when the head/electro-mandrel is imbalanced. At MYL we guarantee you a precise balancing service at extremely low tolerances.
Test bench
Our modern Test Bench has the resources needed to control all the parameters inherent to the running process of any head/electro-mandrel.
