In an area designed to maintain quality control, our technicians carefully remove the drive, looking for signs of contamination, lack of lubricant, abuse or other apparent signs of damage. All components are stored disassembled in order to avoid any breakage of the same, such as encoders, position sensors, tethered tool, etc.
Balancing service
The quality and competitiveness of your machinery will e seriously affected when the head/electro-mandrel is imbalanced. At MYL we guarantee you a precise balancing service at extremely low tolerances.
Test bench
Our modern Test Bench has the resources needed to control all the parameters inherent to the running process of any head/electro-mandrel.
