Inspection
Once the head/electro-mandrel has been totally dismantled, each of its components goes through an ultrasound washing process.
The dismantled head/electro-mandrel is moved to the inspection area, where our specialised technicians check and analyse each component (jump, tolerance, alignment, parallelism...) This information is digitised in the company’s computer system to ensure the traceability of repairs. Finally our quality department sends the offer and a report to the customer about the possible causes of the failure and the measures that should be taken to avoid this happening in the future.
Balancing service
The quality and competitiveness of your machinery will e seriously affected when the head/electro-mandrel is imbalanced. At MYL we guarantee you a precise balancing service at extremely low tolerances.
Test bench
Our modern Test Bench has the resources needed to control all the parameters inherent to the running process of any head/electro-mandrel.
