Our technical department prepares a plan for each component that can be repaired or replaced, and codes this in our computer system and even adds it to the structure of the head. In principle, any component can be machined, rebuilt or manufactured again in our modern installations. Our workers are able to rebuild or manufacture any part that may be required. This capacity guarantees that we have total quality control and a reduction in waiting time for the customer.
Balancing service
The quality and competitiveness of your machinery will e seriously affected when the head/electro-mandrel is imbalanced. At MYL we guarantee you a precise balancing service at extremely low tolerances.
Test bench
Our modern Test Bench has the resources needed to control all the parameters inherent to the running process of any head/electro-mandrel.
