Test bench
After being assembled, the heads/electro-mandrels are taken to the test bench to validate whether they work properly. Before the tests the assembled unit is balanced to ensure that it works properly.
In the testing process various vital functions of the head/ electro-mandrel are checked such as vibrations, temperatures of the bearing and the stator, the encoder signal, positioning sensors, fastening forces, etc.
After this running test a certificate is produced that guarantees that the monitored data are the same or better than the data in the original specifications.
Balancing service
The quality and competitiveness of your machinery will e seriously affected when the head/electro-mandrel is imbalanced. At MYL we guarantee you a precise balancing service at extremely low tolerances.
