Once the head/electro-mandrel has been received at our installations it is registered in the system and a work order is opened that will follow your head/electro-mandrel in each step of the repair process, listing each of the measures that have been carried out.
Our technical team checks each of the heads/ electro-mandrels that we receive. The unit is inspected visually before it is dismantled to search for external signs of damage that may have cause the failure.
Balancing service
The quality and competitiveness of your machinery will e seriously affected when the head/electro-mandrel is imbalanced. At MYL we guarantee you a precise balancing service at extremely low tolerances.
Test bench
Our modern Test Bench has the resources needed to control all the parameters inherent to the running process of any head/electro-mandrel.
