The unfortunate situation we are faced with at the moment demands that we act in a socially responsible manner in order to overcome this crisis and stop the spread of COVID-19 as soon as possible.

First of all, we would like to thank you all and convey to you our support and help in any way necessary. Our priority is to keep our workers safe and guarantee their well-being, as well as that of our clients, suppliers, friends, family and society in general.

To do this, and in compliance with the rules established by both public institutions and health services, we are making every e ort to continue providing customer services and receiving electro- spindles to be repaired. However, we have taken certain measures:

• All visits by suppliers to the premises, as well as our external visits are temporarily suspended.

• Our team will work in shifts to be able to respond, as far as possible, to customer requirements.

  Part of our team, such as the sales department and the engineering o ce, are working from home. We have all necessary measures, technical equipment and procedures for such purposes. As this is an exceptional situation that may a ect the usual processes of both production and logistics, we ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience in advance.

• All our facilities are continuously disinfected as a preventive measure.

• Our SMZ plant located in Torino, Italy, took these measures earlier. This plant is doing everything in its power to o er the essential services to all our customers.
